I’m aweSam. I help rockstar online business coaches and established service providers stand out on instagram with custom branded designs.
I’ve been a designer for 20 years now (self-taught at age 10), but it wasn’t until when the Pandemic hit that I discovered my signature offer Stop the Scroll Branding that sky-rocketed my brand. While I’m a seasoned designer, I struggle with managing the business part of running a design business, and get overwhelmed with wearing all the hats.
When I’m not talking about business, I’m sharing my passion review of the latest Hallmark Channel movies or showing you pictures of my dogs being cute.

Corporate escapee turned web designer and brand strategist. I’m Fifa and I build minimal & modern websites for creative girl bosses, helping them elevate their brand so they can confidently charge their worth and book more calls with their ideal clients.
Artist at heart, I started drawing when I was 5 years old and found myself building websites by the age of 10. As a university graduate in Business Management, I never found my place in corporate nor have I ever gotten the chance to work in my field of study. Instead, I settled for mundane admin jobs and used them as my venture capitalist for 6 years to experiment with tons of random side hustles hoping to find my zone of genius. Eventually, I got fired for abusing my time on social media and that’s when I decided to go full-time as a freelancer and launch my own design business.
When I’m not designing websites, you can find me eating poutine or nerding over business tools. My challenge would be setting boundaries or getting confused over who to serve as my niche!

I AM JAZZED to be hosting Still Minimum Wage with Fifa and Sam. I’m a social media marketing coach for wedding creatives and a podcast has always been dream of mine.
Orange County/Los Angeles is my home base and where I am running @courtlynncreative from, though I work with creators across the country. I’ll always consider California home though because I’m a Disneyland FANATIC and love being so close to it.
When I started my social media management and coaching business, I had no idea a pandemic was going to happen 3 months later. But as weddings were hit SUPER hard, it was a huge win to take my corporate marketing experience (from ecomm and fashion) and wedding experience to help solopreneurs get their own content more organized, and drum up business however they can.
I talk with Fifa and Sam often about how I can be better at asking for the sale instead of giving away info for free so you’ll hear us talk about that a lot on the pod!
